Cullen C. Merritt, an award-winning researcher and teacher, is an associate professor of public management at the University of Maryland School of Public Policy. He also serves as the Levenson Family Do Good Institute endowed professor and the research director of the Institute for Public Leadership.
Merritt earned his PhD in public administration and Master of Public Administration from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Texas A&M University.
